Key Responsibilities:- Assist students facing learning challenges or disabilities
- Help implement personalized education strategies
- Support educators in lesson delivery
- Facilitate students' academic and personal growth
- Contribute to behavior management and student support
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Experience working with children or young adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Teamwork skills
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
Experience Requirements:Relevant experience in child or youth support
Knowledge and Skills:- Awareness of special educational needs and disabilities
- Ability to cater to diverse learning preferences
- Basic IT proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
- First Aid certification
- School setting
- Regular engagement with students, educators, and parents
- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday

All quoted pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential for permanence in the future.
