We're currently recruiting for a Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn in Newcastle Airport. As the friendly face of our hotel, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome guests and make their stay with us unforgettable.
About the Role- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a warm and welcoming experience.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
- Be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering excellent service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- A competitive hourly rate of up to £11.79.
- A fixed-term contract until 30/01/2025.
- Guaranteed hours of 16 hours across 4 days a week.
- The opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Training and support to help you succeed in your role.
