As a Senior Care and Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Team Manager to oversee and inspire a group of committed Care and Support Workers.

Our mission is to deliver individualized care that caters to the distinct needs of each person we assist. The strong principles and welcoming culture of our organization distinguish us as a premier care provider.

Primary Duties:

  • Assist clients with their daily routines and accompany them to various appointments
  • Guide and mentor a team of Care and Support Workers
  • Perform quality assurance visits and resolve any concerns promptly
  • Create and update personalized care plans based on individual requirements
  • Provide emergency support outside of standard working hours
  • Address team-related issues effectively

Qualifications:

  • Proven dedication to making a positive impact
  • Capability to lead and inspire a team
  • Possess a Level 2 Care qualification or its equivalent
  • Previous experience in a caregiving environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Valid driver's license required
