Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at the Wiveton Bell. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, and supporting our chefs in the preparation and presentation of our dishes.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to the kitchen management.
  • Support our chefs in the preparation and presentation of our dishes, including washing and peeling vegetables, and cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
  • Assist with food storage and inventory management, ensuring that all ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
