Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at RGB Network London. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance activities on a variety of commercial premises within the M25 area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault finding and repair of building-related heating, hot and cold water distribution problems
  • Maintenance and setup of pumping systems and invertor-driven pumps
  • Pipework systems balancing, commissioning, flow control, and general valves
  • Pressure vessel and pressurisation unit installation and maintenance
  • HIU systems and distribution, including HIU service and maintenance
  • Pressure testing and primary, secondary, and tertiary fault finding
  • Understanding heat losses methods and providing accurate reporting and recommendations
  • System drain downs and refills, and changing pumps, valves, and valve components
Requirements:
  • Good all-round knowledge and understanding of HVAC plant
  • Ability to work using own initiative and have a proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conscientious and reliable team player
Package:

Competitive salary of £43-45k per annum

8am-5pm working hours

Approximately 1 week in 7 call-out rota

Overtime rate: time and a half or double time plus standby allowance of £150
