Quantity Surveyor Opportunity at Saxton

A large privately owned construction business, Saxton, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on large-scale design and build projects ranging from £20m to £120m.

The initial development is an industrial and logistics park consisting of three high-spec units. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial aspects of the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, and that the project is delivered in accordance with the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
