The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to play a key role in developing and executing a dynamic digital marketing strategy that aligns with NMITE's goals in student recruitment, reputation-building, and partnership development. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee NMITE's online presence across digital platforms, ensuring effective engagement with our diverse audiences through a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid media advertising.
  • Manage and develop NMITE's website for optimal user experience and performance.
  • Plan and deliver engaging content for social media, driving audience engagement and tracking performance.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to plan and optimise marketing campaigns, including in-house paid media campaigns.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage with prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Track, measure, and analyse marketing efforts using analytics tools to optimise performance and inform strategy.
  • Provide regular reports with recommendations to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor-level education or equivalent, ideally in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Demonstratable experience in digital marketing.
  • Evidence of creating and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including the use of CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing social media platforms and executing strategies.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of cloud-based collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
