We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at EHS Projects. As a Senior Health and Safety Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients across various industries, including food and drink, chemical, engineering, waste, and aviation.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake health and safety audits with scopes including legal compliance, management systems, or corporate agendas.
- Deliver on H&S management systems support projects.
- Work on CDM projects to support Principal Designer works such as Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans, and site visits.
- Show an ambition to grow and diversify the services that EHS Projects offer.
- Delivering on Machinery Safety (ISO 12100 or PUWER) projects.
- Supporting specialist process safety consultants on projects related to DSEAR and process safety analysis.
- Minimum of two years' experience of H&S consultancy, regulatory work, or in a professional SHE role.
- NEBOSH General Certificate and working towards NEBOSH Diploma.
- Health and safety workplace auditing in manufacturing environments.
- Proficient report writing skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid UK driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to travel across the UK.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent NVQ (preferred).
- Qualifications and/or experience in Process Safety work (including DSEAR and process hazard analysis).
- Qualifications and/or experience in Machinery Safety (ISO 12100 risk assessment or PUWER).
- A degree in a safety, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics subject.
