Laser Setter/Operator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Laser Setter/Operator to join our team at SolviT Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining our CNC laser machines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and operating CNC laser machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components
  • Troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on the machines
  • Working independently with minimal supervision to meet production targets
  • Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and quality control

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with CNC lasers and sheet metal fabrication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (with assistance)
