Job Opportunity: ERP Systems Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Trainer to join our client, a non-profit organisation in the culture and heritage space. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a training plan and materials to support the rollout of a new EPOS solution (LS Retail) across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions to identify training requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training plan, including hands-on training sessions, workshops, and video tutorials.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on new features and enhancements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in software training, with a proven track record of delivering training both face-to-face and remotely.
  • Strong experience in creating training materials, including videos, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in an understandable manner, with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience of working with contractors and 3rd party providers, with in-depth knowledge of EPOS systems.
  • Advantageous to have experience with LS Retail or Microsoft Business Central.
