About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Bupa. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our care home.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the care home, including communal spaces and resident bedrooms.
- Work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure that all housekeeping stocks are maintained and replenished as needed.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor in a timely manner.
Requirements
- You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service to our residents.
- You will have a flexible approach to work and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
