Key Responsibilities- Manufacture sheet metal fabricated components and sub-assemblies to engineering data and OEM quality requirements.
- Assemble components using specialized fasteners, blind and solid rivets, hi-locks, anchor nuts, and other materials.
- Perform manual drilling, reaming, and countersinking using handheld and air-powered tools.
- Bond and seal using aerospace sealants and adhesives.
- Torque-tighten bolts and nuts.
- Conduct electrical bonding and checks.
- Assemble prototype components in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineers.
- Use jigs and fixtures to ensure precision and quality.
- Fabricate sheet metal components, including folding, hand forming, shrinking, and stretching.
- Work to Marshall and OEM engineering data, including 3D models.
- Meet on-time delivery and quality requirements.
- Comply with quality and HSE policies and procedures.
