Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with company PPM and task schedules.
- Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
- Produce technical and situational reports as required.
- Utilize technology systems to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Communicate effectively with the team and clients.
- Assist in producing quotations by providing accurate information on extra works.
- Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.
- Provide accurate time sheet information weekly.
- Escalate major site issues or incidents to the line manager.
- Manage Integral sub-contractors while working on site.
- Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Health & Safety awareness.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience with similar electrical & maintenance duties, including fault diagnosis.
- Experience in electrical & mechanical aspects of general building PPM schedules.
- Previous experience of working within a team.
- City & Guilds or equivalent.
- Knowledge and use of computer software - Building Management System (BMS).
