Job Description

We're looking for a Crew Member to join our team As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food to order, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience
  • Prepare food to order, following our high standards for quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve our goals
  • Be flexible and adaptable, willing to learn and take on new challenges
Requirements:
  • You must be able to stand and move for most of your shift
  • You must be able to lift up to 5kg - 25kg occasionally
  • You must be able to handle weather-related moments, such as rain at the drive-thru or taking rubbish out
  • You must be able to wear a headset and use other restaurant equipment, such as an order-taking system or grill
  • You must be able to follow brand standards and guidelines
