About the Role
First Command Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping military families achieve their financial goals and build a successful financial planning practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with local military organizations, military units, and other affiliates to engage with the military community and provide financial coaching to military families.
- Develop and implement holistic financial plans that address savings, investments, insurance, and other financial needs.
- Utilize specialized onboarding and training programs to build and grow a successful financial planning practice.
- Provide tools and support to guide clients through the licensing process and offer opportunities for professional development.
- Enjoy a portable career with opportunities to work throughout the United States and overseas.
Requirements
- Military experience or association.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven leadership skills.
