MWH Treatment is seeking a highly skilled SHEA Advisor to strengthen their SHEQ team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting collaboration and communication within subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and suppliers concerning Health, Safety, Wellbeing, Quality & Environment.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with suppliers through site visits and represent the Alliances in Tier 2 forums.
- Participate in performance reviews with Category Managers.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal teams to develop and improve the SHEA section of supplier audits.
- Ensure the seamless integration of HSW considerations into procurement processes.
- Attend site visits to assess SHEA compliance and suitability of potential suppliers.
- Deliver the SHEA section of onboarding sessions to new Framework suppliers.
Proficiency in collaborative procurement processes, partner back office procedures, and effective communication tools is essential for successful execution of the role.
