Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Chef Manager to plan and implement menus, ensuring variety and nutritional balance.
  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of food inventory, consumption, and waste, contributing to efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Level 2 food safety certificate and knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • Previous catering experience, with a focus on food safety, knife skills, and kitchen equipment usage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
