Weekend Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team on a weekend shift pattern. The successful candidate will have a background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Identify and report any faults or issues with machinery and equipment
  • Work collaboratively with other maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of the factory
Requirements:
  • Apprenticeship, HNC, ONC, BTEC, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in mechanical maintenance
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
