We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our 63-bedded nursing home in Helston, Cornwall.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to residents, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Lead the weekly ward round, ensuring that all residents receive the best possible care.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure that residents receive timely and effective care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to our high standards of infection control and safety.
