Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly expanding business in Maldon, Essex. As a key member of the site team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining site operations and driving continuous improvement.

The Role:
  • Perform hands-on maintenance, electrical, and mechanical tasks to ensure site equipment is running efficiently.
  • Lead the development and implementation of site maintenance strategies to improve productivity and reduce downtime.
  • Manage your own diary and schedule with full autonomy, working closely with the site team to achieve shared goals.
  • Work a 40-hour week with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has a strong background in maintenance engineering, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment.
