Join Our Team as a Teaching Assistant in Psychology

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants in Psychology. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the education of young people who no longer attend a mainstream school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the education of young people in a specialist education setting
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with additional learning needs
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a specialist education setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
