Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HGV Shunter Driver to join our team at DHL, a leading supply chain business. As a HGV Shunter Driver, you will play a vital role in our distribution service, ensuring the smooth movement of trailers across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make trailer movements across the site, ensuring trailers are available for loading and driver collection.
  • Support warehouse operations as needed, and may be required to move trailers and units to other sites within the DHL network.
  • Comply with health and safety standards at all times, adhering to the Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Terberg trained or shunting experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Be willing to complete duties in the warehouse when needed.
