About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Labourer to join our Windows and Doors team within our Planned Maintenance division.

The successful candidate will assist core trades in carrying out installations and repairs in tenants' homes, working as part of a multi-skilled trade team and carrying out multi-trade tasks when required.

We are looking for applications from experienced labourers who demonstrate high professional standards, especially in respect of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist core trades in carrying out installations and repairs in tenants' homes
  • Work as part of a multi-skilled trade team and carry out multi-trade tasks when required
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of quality and customer service
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar labourer role
  • Competence in supporting core trades to carry out general repairs and installations
  • Knowledge of and commitment to excellent customer care and health and safety requirements
  • Current full UK driving licence
