We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team at Class Technology Solutions Ltd. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for providing specialist ICT support to our clients in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to assigned customer networks
  • Identify areas of growth within the school from a technical and engineering front
  • Escalate technical issues to the account manager
  • Communicate technical information to clients and commercial information to account managers
  • Perform regular checks on client systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in a helpdesk or support environment
  • Microsoft Server Skills are desirable
  • Professional and polished communication skills
  • Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential
  • Must have a clean and valid DBS disclosure
