Renal Dialysis Nurse

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse seeking a new challenge in renal dialysis nursing? We are seeking a skilled and experienced nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care, the leading provider of dialysis services to the NHS.
About the Role:This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, working various shifts Monday to Saturday between 6:30am and 6:00pm. As a Renal Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, and delivery of care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient care needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality care to patients with renal failure, including haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
- Work autonomously, with a ratio of 1:4 patients, to ensure effective care delivery
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and develop skills and competencies
