Overview

Property Management Recruitment is a dedicated recruitment firm specializing in the property sector. Our staffing division is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated individual to contribute to our dynamic team. We partner with leading property management organizations to provide them with skilled personnel to effectively manage their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates:

  • Contacting candidates to arrange interviews
  • Registering candidates in our system
  • Creating and maintaining candidate profiles
  • Sending confirmation communications regarding employment and interviews

Administrative Duties:

  • Data entry and management
  • Verifying Right to Work documentation

Client Relations:

  • Updating client information and managing contacts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Conducting client visits as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Gaining knowledge of the property management sector
  • Staying informed about industry developments
  • Utilizing social media effectively

Post-Probation Responsibilities:

After completing the initial probation period, all assistants/consultants will participate in an on-call rotation. This involves being available to handle out-of-hours inquiries and requests, ensuring our clients have access to support at all times.

Qualifications:

Minimum of GCSE education with strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
