At Prospero Teaching, we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to provide high-quality tuition to students in need of support in Numeracy and Literacy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping vulnerable, disengaged, and at-risk students achieve their full potential.

We are looking for a Tutor who can offer personalized, engaging, and enjoyable lessons, while re-engaging these students into education and bringing structure into their daily routine. Our mission is to deliver high-quality support to young people across the UK, and we need a Tutor who shares our passion for making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one tuition to students in a student's home or suitable venue
• Focus on Numeracy and Literacy skills development
• Work with students to create and implement personalized learning plans
• Provide flexible and adaptable support to meet the needs of each student

Requirements:

• Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
• Have prior experience in tutoring or teaching
• Be creative, patient, and able to think outside the box
• Have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or disengaged pupils
