Care Operations Coordinator

Lloyd Recruitment Services is excited to present a unique chance to join a dynamic and supportive healthcare team as a Care Operations Coordinator. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of service users while working in a growing and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently manage new referrals and create rosters that ensure safe and timely care for clients.
- Collaborate with doctors, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate client care.
- Help recruit and retain staff by highlighting the benefits of joining the team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients, as well as the Care Team.
- Address and resolve any complaints, incidents, and safeguarding promptly.
- Support the care team through regular check-ins, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the organisation meets Care Quality Commission and company standards.
- Participate in the on-call schedule - 1 week in 3.
- Enter and update data onto the system.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- Experience working within a similar position within the care industry.
- Level 3 Health and Social Care (Preferred).
- Knowledge of care sector systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and proactive problem solver.
- Calm and reactive under pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
