Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our Premium Dining team at Everton Football Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences across our 16 premium dining concepts.
The successful candidate will have a passion for food, a natural flair for hospitality, and the ability to inspire a large kitchen team to deliver results. You will be responsible for creating menus, sourcing products, and implementing health and safety processes to ensure a safe and hygienic operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Source and procure high-quality ingredients and products
- Implement health and safety processes to ensure a safe and hygienic operation
- Lead a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
- Manage labour costs, food costs, and stock management to ensure profitability
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are equipped to provide exceptional service

Key Requirements:
- Senior management experience in a similar environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with front and back of house teams
- Extensive experience in restaurants or A la Carte environment
- Positive and passionate focus on food
- Trained to Level 3 food safety
- Previous P&L accountability and evidence of commercial nous
