Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times, completing daily checks and reporting any defects.
  • Load and secure goods correctly before transporting them.
  • Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner, adhering to drivers' working time regulations.
  • Verify deliveries with customers, obtaining signatures and paperwork as necessary.
Requirements:
  • C+E driving license, valid DigiTacho, and CPC.
  • Previous Class 1 and Class 2 driving experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 18kg.
  • Clear communication skills in English.
