Clinical Associate Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Associate Psychologist to join our team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a Clinical Associate Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality psychological services to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to support individuals with mental health conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other forms of psychotherapy.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional development to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices in psychological services.
- Postgraduate degree in Applied Psychology or a related field.
- Experience working with adults with mental health conditions, preferably in a community or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
- Knowledge of psychological theories and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches.
