We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Kream as a Parts Advisor. As a key member of our motor-factors branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to trade and retail customers.

Your key activities will include:

  • Serving customers at the front desk and responding to their inquiries.
  • Locating and arranging deliveries of automotive parts.
  • Processing special orders through third-party suppliers.
  • Managing stock levels and replenishing inventory.
  • Processing warranty and returned items.
  • Promoting special offers and marketing campaigns to drive sales.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a franchised main dealer or motor-factors environment. You should be familiar with automotive parts processes and related IT systems.
