We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wok Chef to join our team as the Number 2 to our Head Chef. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring that our food is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food
  • Utilize your expertise in Asian cuisine and wok cooking to create delicious and authentic Thai dishes
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and culinary concepts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant
  • Strong experience of cooking Asian cuisine and confident in utilizing a wok
  • Kind-hearted, hard-working, and a food lover
