DFG Surveyor

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying and implementing home accessibility solutions for clients with disabilities. The role involves visiting properties to assess the feasibility of installing ramps, stairlifts, wet-rooms, handrails, and other modifications. The Surveyor will create detailed specification drawings, either freehand or using AUTOCAD, and work closely with contractors to ensure projects are completed on time. Additional responsibilities include creating schedules of works, liaising with contractors, and ensuring projects meet initial targets. The successful candidate will have a 9-month contract, working 37 hours per week, with a rate of £30-35 per hour.
