**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetics Technician to join our team at Shorterm Group, a world-renowned rolling stock manufacturer. As an Aesthetics Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our fleet are in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aesthetic condition examinations and rectification work, including inspecting units for visual defects and performing repairs.
• Bodyside repair of dents, scratches, scrapes, and vegetation damage.
• Spray painting interior and exterior train panels and components.
• Decal replacements.
• Lino flooring repairs.
• Internal and external graffiti removal.
• Window film replacements.
• Damaged component replacement, requiring minimal mechanical skill.
• Updating Maximo work orders and reporting defects found with before and after rectification photos.
• Logging of work records on Maximo system - Tablet and Desktop based.
• Working at all berthing locations.
• Depot DP duties.
• Depot driving duties.

Requirements:

• Experience in vehicle body repairs from prep to paint.
• Mechanical experience.
• Reliability with timekeeping and willingness to work overtime when required.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Full UK driver's license.
