Senior Manager, Programme Development

As a Senior Manager within our Programme Development team at BDO UK, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that address the evolving needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, refine program content, and ensure the delivery of exceptional learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews and develop engaging program content
  • Cultivate strong relationships with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Provide on-site project management support for program delivery, ensuring smooth execution
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering their professional growth and development
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to understand training requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Implement innovative learning design principles to create dynamic and impactful programs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in program development within a professional services environment
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality programs that exceed expectations
  • Previous experience with regulatory reporting is highly desirable
