Key Responsibilities- Prepare personal tax returns, partnership tax returns, P11D's and PSA's for a variety of managers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations and standards.
- Proactively manage budgets and time reporting, ensuring accurate and timely recording of billable hours and adherence to agreed-upon budgets and time-lines.
- Foster strong client relationships by consistently delivering excellent client service, maintaining professionalism, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
- Continuously enhance your technical knowledge, skills, and industry expertise through self-study, firm-provided training, and on-the-job learning opportunities.
- ATT Part Qualified or similar.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant UK work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of current accounting standards, techniques, and best practice.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to provide guidance/training to junior staff members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
