Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing projects, with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including NEC4 contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM qualifications or equivalent experience
