About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our manufacturing operation at our Rochdale factory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our manufacturing process, overseeing all aspects of the site, and driving efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the workforce to achieve production goals and freshness guidelines
  • Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing site, including production processes, equipment maintenance, and health and safety protocols
  • Accountable for Manufacturing Doughnut KPIs of the bakery and brand ambassador for Krispy Kreme standards
  • Manage and develop a motivated workforce, ensuring they are working cohesively to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • Leadership and people management experience within an FMCG/Food environment
  • Strong background in Food Manufacturing or Food Production
  • Practical working understanding of food manufacturing processes, including food safety regulations and quality control standards
  • Hands-on experience of managing KPIs, budgets, and cost control
  • Knowledge of quality control processes, continuous improvement techniques, and methodology
