Role Responsibilities

As a Multi Sports Coach, you will report to the Camp Manager and collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5:30pm, where you will engage with groups of children aged 5-17, leading high-energy, inclusive sessions that encourage active participation.

Ensuring child safety is our utmost priority. You will be responsible for supervising children during breaks, participating in swimming activities, overseeing the safe use of equipment, and documenting any incidents promptly.

As an Ofsted registered organization, you will witness our commitment to maintaining high standards in child care and wellbeing. You will also have the chance to obtain first aid qualifications, build relationships with parents and guardians, and benefit from our exceptional training programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Availability during school holidays, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5:30pm.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children.
  • At least 3 months' experience in coaching sports or leading active games.
  • Energetic, resilient, and a strong team player.
  • Flexible and adaptable to various situations.
  • Possession of a Level 2 or higher qualification in Teaching, Sports Coaching, or Physical Education.
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (training opportunities available).
