Care Home Manager (Nurse / RGN / RMN) Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager (Nurse / RGN / RMN) to join our dynamic and passionate team. As an award-winning care provider, we aim to empower our employees and provide excellent opportunities for progression and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strong leadership and management to the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  2. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Care Inspectorate (CI).
  4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
  5. Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high-quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
  2. NMC pin (Nurse / RGN / RMN)
  3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework.
  4. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
