Key Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with Business Development Managers during sales presentations, showcasing our services by providing initial HR and Employment Law insights.
  3. Engage in a team-oriented environment to offer compliant HR solutions to prospective clients through online meetings.
  4. Advise on comprehensive HR and Employment Law matters to align with the unique business needs of each prospect, while highlighting commercial options that may benefit them as future clients.
  5. Support Sales and Marketing initiatives by providing expert advice and content through various communication channels.
  6. Participate in sales discussions with Business Development Managers, offering HR advice as needed throughout the sales process.
  7. Deliver initial HR guidance on any pressing issues faced by prospects to demonstrate the value of our services.
  8. Continuously update your knowledge of HR best practices and the services offered by our organization.
  9. Foster strong working relationships with Business Development Managers and Sales Consultants to enhance client engagement.
  10. Review client documentation and provide tailored advice, considering their internal terms and conditions.
  11. Conduct internal training sessions and legal updates to ensure compliance and excellence in the advice provided.
  12. Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions with Sales Consultants to cultivate a need for our services.
  13. Host weekly webinars on employment law for prospective clients, illustrating the necessity of our HR services.
