Job Title: Building Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain existing systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement energy-efficient solutions and reduce environmental impact.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design guides, specifications, and maintenance schedules.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in building services engineering, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and design.
  • Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients at all levels.
  • Certifications and qualifications in building services engineering, such as CEng and Member of CIBSE, are desirable but not essential.
