We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior General Foreperson to join our team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our Highways business, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of direct reports and ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with NEC contract conditions and CDM regulations
- Develop and implement efficient processes to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the site manager to achieve profitable outcomes within agreed targets
- Ensure customer delight by delivering high-quality projects and actively engaging with customers throughout the project
- Civil, Structural, or Construction Management background on National Highways networks
- Experience working for a tier 1 contracting group with knowledge of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, and programming
- Lead a team of direct reports and assist their all-round development
- Understanding of interpreting drawings and demonstratable technical knowledge
- CSCS card and IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS qualification
