Travel Money Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Travelex. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on foreign exchange options to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Numerical proficiency, with a strong grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash.
  • IT proficiency, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • A desire to succeed and make a difference in the role.
