Key Responsibilities:

Service Development:

Formulate the necessary services for contractor mobilization and throughout the project scope, encompassing temporary power, lighting, HVAC/LEV, access, lifting, and logistical assistance.


Service Analysis:
Evaluate allowable and disallowable services in accordance with Tier 1 contract specifications.

Scope Management & Cost Estimation:
Propel the scope management and cost estimation initiatives.

Risk Management:

Ensure that an adequate level of program risk is communicated during the planning phase (cost model - including clearly defined scope inclusions and exclusions) and throughout the execution timelines.


Temporary Works & Compliance:
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Temporary Works and Permit to Work protocols in construction.

Work Package Distribution:
Allocate work packages to the Site Wide Team effectively.

Project Oversight:
Supervise project advancement and implement necessary adjustments to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project completion.

Governance Adherence:
Comply with Project Governance, Client standards, and broader operational procedures.

Team Management:
Prioritize tasks within the team to ensure efficiency.

Reporting Structure:
Provide direct reports to the Site Construction Services Project Delivery Manager.

Essential Deliverables:

Scope Identification:
Play a pivotal role in identifying Tier 1 Contractor needs and scope management activities.
Proposal Evaluation:

Support the assessment of construction proposals for Temporary Electrical, Lifting, Temporary Works, HVAC, and Logistics, considering design, costs, site-wide resource availability, ongoing commitments, supplier lead times, and required completion dates.


Design & Implementation Supervision:
Oversee the design and implementation of enabling services.

Schedule Management:
Create and adhere to the construction schedule, providing insights on forecasted, planned, and actual progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background:
Degree in a technical or construction-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in a construction/project engineering environment.
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and comprehend complex subjects.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Eligibility for Security Clearance (BPSS or Higher).
CCNSG Safety Passport or HSE MAPS.
IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH (preferred).
SSSTS/SMSTS (preferred).

Professional Experience:
Preferred experience in construction or nuclear projects.
Experience with large-scale construction projects is advantageous.
Familiarity with NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract frameworks is a plus.
