About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Ward Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Ward Sister in managing the ward, including leading the team in the absence of the Ward Sister. They will also be expected to demonstrate excellent communication, decision-making, and motivational skills, as well as providing patient-centered care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, with experience in a leadership or management capacity. You will also need to have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
