We offer customized guidance across all taxation domains, assisting our clients in navigating the intricate landscape of tax regulations, often across multiple jurisdictions. About the Role

As a Senior Manager in our National Tax Reporting division, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establishing enduring relationships with a portfolio of clients for which you will be accountable.
  • Leading the Tax Reporting team based in Milton Keynes, offering guidance, mentorship, and training to junior staff to help them maximize their career prospects.
  • Reviewing and endorsing corporation tax computations and tax accounting, along with conducting tax assurance reviews. Engaging in ad-hoc advisory tasks that arise naturally from your reporting duties.
  • Negotiating and establishing timelines and fees while managing work-in-progress for your client portfolio.
  • Proactively discussing tax opportunities relevant to clients and collaborating with tax partners and the broader tax team to execute such initiatives.
  • Actively participating in the National Tax Reporting Team, ensuring that national protocols are implemented and adhered to in Milton Keynes.

    • Significant experience managing a client portfolio to fulfill annual Tax Reporting obligations.
    • Demonstrated comprehensive and robust technical tax expertise.
    • Ability to work effectively within a larger team, proactively managing all team members.
    • Extensive experience overseeing client financials, establishing timelines, adhering to budgets, and negotiating fees.
    • Proficiency in identifying business development opportunities for tax clients (ideally across additional service lines).
    • Willingness to assume leadership roles both within Milton Keynes and across the broader Tax Reporting team.
    • Commitment to fostering the development of junior staff through coaching.
