Laundry Assistant Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Assistant to join our team at Methodist Homes. As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, dry, iron, and repair laundry items for residents
  • Work collaboratively with the laundry team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Respect for older people and a willingness to undertake training
