Elevation Recruitment Group is pleased to partner with a forward-thinking food production company experiencing significant growth to find a Sanitation Operations Supervisor. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness within the production environment.


Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, with shifts rotating between 6:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.

In this position, reporting directly to the Technical Manager, the Sanitation Operations Supervisor will oversee the sanitation of all production areas, ensuring they meet stringent cleanliness standards while leading a dedicated team of sanitation personnel.

We are also interested in discussing opportunities with experienced Sanitation Operatives who are ready to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sanitation processes are executed effectively to prevent any physical or chemical contamination.
  • Train team members thoroughly on all sanitation-related tasks.
  • Oversee and maintain the Plant Cleaning Schedule, including both deep and routine cleans, optimizing downtime.
  • Keep all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk Assessments current and accessible.
  • Ensure waste disposal is conducted in an environmentally responsible manner, adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials, including chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Manage the signing in and out of all sanitation equipment, ensuring it remains in a suitable condition for use.
